Hi,
I have just down loaded the intermediate freestyle programme.
This is the first time i have heard of the swim and nod practice. Many of the books i have now are quite old and i realize the TI technique is evolving.
Is there a video or explanation of the technique in any of the TI material?
I am looking forward to using the six plan to help me structure my practice. I only have access to a 13 meter pool. Do you think it is best to double up on the laps for whole stroke swimming or just keep the work out shorter and work out spl for 13 meters?
Kind Regards,
James
