I love that it isn’t about harder-faster-longer, but focus, awareness and deliberate execution. I am so grateful that I don’t have to swim X number of laps – that when my form ceases to be spot on, it is time to practice something else.
On another note – I didn’t recognize Terry with hair!
Thanks to Shane for his insightful presentation. It will keep a lot of us in the field long after our athleticism has peaked.
