		<description><![CDATA[Its amazing what he did for swimming. I also learned late to swim, but last year was the first I actually swam for more than a month. I did a triathlon with 1k swim and a few weeks thereafter a mile open water swim. Came last out of the water but I am still much better than I used to be. Yesterday when I watch other in the swimming pool, I realize, most are not actually swimming. They are either playing or struggling. Too bad we don&#039;t have TI coaches here in Namibia.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I never get tired of listening to TL. He was the real deal who had a comprehensive view of the physics and psychology of grace and speed. I was a naturally un-gifted swimmer when I started to train near age 50. Someone recommended TI and I watched the videos. Now that I&#039;m proficient (not great), I go back to the most basic TI teachings and find new benefits all the time. Thank you very much.]]></description>
