My struggling at the moment is with breathing as doesn’t come as natural as was before……I will be at Dubai’s TI workshop this weekend to try to put all things together and hope that ”speed will come”!!!!

Following the basics of TI and only three days in I’ve reduced my stroke from 60 to 50 in a 50m pool. My focus has been on weight transfer, balance and relaxed hand entry. Usually exhausted after workouts. Been Practicing TI. Usually swim about 500 and can feel fatigue setting in. Swam 2000 today consecutively and felt guilty for not feeling tired. Love it.
