Great article, Terry! I remember Bill from that trip. It was an amazing experience. Harry and I have seen the Fallon's from Vancouver, Washington a few times over the years. I had the chance to visit their home once and Bill and I both did the Ironman in Kona in 2006 as cancer survivors. I had to go to a refresher course with your daughter and my old friend Ann Svanson in Towson before heading to Hawaii. I never would've made it 2.6 miles without your help. We also still are in touch with Chris Picklo (who was in San Jose with a guy named Herm). That was a great group of people. So happy to hear about Bill. Send our regards. Don't tell him he wasn't the only Spanish speaker in the crowd. ;-) Hope all is well with you and yours. Best wishes always.
