		<description><![CDATA[Loved your explanation about the counter weight of the recovery arm. How its very heavy compared to the submerged body parts. However, as I am a bit of a sinker, as soon as I get my recovery hand outside the water, my body sinks because of reduced buoyancy force.

I would love to do this drill in a static balance but its very difficult to do with the pause. I start sinking as soon as I pause in that position. In general, most of the beginning TI drills are difficult to do because of my sinking tendency. I have yet to come across drills geared toward making front crawl easier for sinkers.]]></description>
