I am stll struggling in the pool. I do bilateral breathing, but the
coaches at the pool forced me stop doing that. After 2 months in the
pool, I almost forgot bilateral breathing. Now I am practicing TI drills
in the pool and in less than a month I can do one length (although not
easily). I hope to be able to swim like a fish soon and overcome my fear of open water swimming.

When I first learnt about TI,I went to practice at our local indoor swimming pool and took my 22yr old son along. While trying out some of Terry's techniques I pointed out how the breathing technique worked,as a result,he swam 50 laps,as opposed to his normal 10 laps! When we left he felt that he could easily have completed at least 20 more laps!A great example of being set free!
