Pat, this has been an excellent summary of the Speed Camp experience -- I look forward to Thursday & Friday & what you've discovered continuing the program at home. My own practice has been halted by shoulder soreness which I started to experience in Florida -- trying too hard to keep up, I guess, even though we weren't competing! -- and which got worse at home. I took a long break over the holidays, started cautiously again 2 weeks ago, then got the flu -- so I'm more or less starting over now. What's great is know we have this intellectual framework to organize everthing.
