I found your article quite close to my heart for the two following reasons:

1. I start my TI training tomorrow with an all day workshop
2. I have lately being thinking about the exact same Swim – you see I spent a number of years going to school in St Kitts when I was younger, so have very fond memories of the island.

I will definitely have to look into that channel swim – well done again for such an achievement
