I love what you have achieved Ed – I ran the London marathon at age 65 and am working on my swimming to do an open water event next year. My coach is Kim at Tracey’s swim studio and the one thing I have found it is all about practice, but practice of the correct technique. I swim at Cardiff Olympic pool which is great for its 50 metre lanes. Might see you at an event sometime. Terri
