I&#039;m based in Bangalore, india and am very fortunate to have found your material online. I saw you on Tim Ferriss&#039;s tv show and his Ted talk. 

My goal is to complete an Ironman. This year end I&#039;ve set my goal to complete the 70.3 in Thailand.  

I began doing the drills over a month ago but I&#039;m stuck at the point when I practice rhythmic breathing. 
The moment I get past 3-4 strokes of rhythmic breathing I begin to panic and stop. I take a breath and then continue. 
What should I be focusing on to get past this hurdle. ]]></description>
