		<description><![CDATA[Hi, I am a also a musician and could not agree more.  I have very recently taken up TI swimming and am amazed at how much it is affecting the way I approach my instrumental study.  The type of mindful use of our instrument (that is, our bodies) is just what developing technique on a musical instrument requires.  For me, TI has been much much more useful than Alexander Technique or Feldenkrais ever proved to be.]]></description>
