These  videos from a weekend workshop a month ago illustrate well the power that can be obtained from the core. If you watch carefully you can see that Luis is getting as much and in some strokes more power from the left stroke as the right. To me this shows that when one is forced to rely on power from the core it can come without too much interference. As a triathlete, Luis is on his way to some spectacular results!

I thought that the best way to introduce TI Spain’s newest coach, Luísa Fonseca, was to show her swimming. Personally, I never get tired of watching these two videos, and all the TI students in Spain are familiar with them as we use them to show the results of training the TI way. Enjoy!
