• Weekend Freestyle Workshop - $495. This amount is charged automatically to your credit card when you register online. If you prefer to reserve your spot with a deposit of $250, please call our office, as deposits cannot be transacted online. See below for Transfer and Cancellation policies. • Friends and Family Discount - $445 (10% discount) Applies when two
  or more swimmers register for a workshop together. Please call office
  to receive this discount.
  
• Alumni Refresher - $225 for Sunday refresher - $445 for full Weekend
  refresher. This rate applies to all workshop alumni returning for a
  refresher.
  

Transfer Policy:
Weekend workshops: If a request to transfer is received 8 days or more prior to the workshop, a $100.00 transfer fee per person will be applied to a future workshop, and the deposit will be credited toward that workshop.

Cancellation Policy:
Weekend workshops: NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations LESS THAN 8 days prior to the scheduled workshop unless a doctor’s note can be provided.
For cancellations 8 days or more prior to the scheduled workshop, any monies paid above the $250 deposit will be refunded in full. The $250 deposit per person remains non-refundable, but may be transferred to any future workshop within one year of initial registration.

To Reserve: Call 800-609-SWIM (or 845-256-9770) OR Click on the workshop you wish to attend to register online. All major credit cards accepted. If paying by check, your balance must be received in our office one week prior to the workshop to continue to hold your place. If you register by phone with a credit card, the balance will automatically be charged to your card one week prior to the workshop UNLESS you call and cancel. If you register online, the full tuition will be charged at that time (our shopping cart does not have a partial payment option). Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you course materials, including a DVD of the drills we will teach, along with a confirmation letter including directions to the workshop, hotel information, and guidelines for the weekend. You can also immediately download this information from our website, by double clicking on the Microsoft Word icon next to your workshop.

Please note: If a participant signs up less than 10 days before the workshop, they may not receive the course materials until after the workshop is over.

Each camp attendee must bring to the workshop a completed medical/ liability form before the camp date. These forms will be mailed to each attendee, but if you prefer, you can click here to download the form in pdf format.
