Our Endless Pools’ compact size keeps your instructor at your side at all times, for moment-by-moment assistance and correction. Our underwater mirrors and underwater- and-surface video provide constant feedback. And our warm water (87 to 90 F) keeps you comfortable as you learn. Class size is limited for maximum personal attention and you'll take home a video record of your learning process - including your "before" and "after" video on DVD.

Choose Your Workshop

• Adult Begin to Swim Workshop:
  This is a class for adult non-swimmers who have never experienced comfort in the water, and for whom this has been an impediment to enjoying the benefits of swimming. During this 1-day program we will teach the following:
  
  Comfort and Confidence We'll teach aquatic breathing skills, body awareness, buoyancy and a sense of unprecedented peace, calm and confidence that will open the way for you to become the swimmer you always wished to be.
  
  Balance and Bodylines Having helped you experience comfort and confidence, we'll teach you to achieve effortless support, to streamline your body for ease in moving through the water and skill foundations that will prepare you to learn a full range of skills for any stroke including breaststroke, backstroke and freestyle.
  
  
• Fishlike Freestyle Workshop:
  If you can swim, but aren’t happy with your stroke, if you tire too easily, or can’t swim as far as you’d like, this workshop will turn you into a smooth, efficient freestyler in a single day. You’ll learn balance, streamlined positions, effortless core-based propulsion and effective stroking movements, as we teach the complete sequence featured on our Freestyle Made Easy DVD and Drill Cards. This class is the first choice of triathletes and those wishing to “tri” for the first time, as well as thousands of fitness and competitive swimmers.

• TI School for Speed:
  This is the “Finishing School” for those who have taken the TI Freestyle Workshop (either the 1-day or full weekend version). Here’s what’s included: (1) We perfect your advanced drills: Under-, Zipper-, and OverSwitches. (2) We teach you to take a seamless breath while making a solid “catch.” (3) We teach you to connect your stroke to the power of core-body rotation. (4) We show you how to put it all together at racing speeds. Our ability to set exact current speeds in the Endless Pool, allows us to teach you the high-level coordination and control that’s the real basis of Swimming Fast Efficiently.
  
• Different Strokes:
  Learn to swim the way Elite swimmers do in Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly. Develop a solid foundation of efficiency and economy and become a “complete” swimmer. The emphasis is on correct form more than on speed. This workshop is best for competitive swimmers and those who have completed a TI Freestyle Workshop.
  

Tuition for all Studio Workshops is $495, including all instruction, lunch, TI
t-shirt and swim cap, Fistgloves and your personal DVD. A $125 deposit is required. Private workshops are also available for $545.
