The sessions in the Endless Pool will include underwater video analysis of all four strokes, followed by teaching and practice of specific drills designed to enhance your efficiency and increase your speed. By breaking down each stroke into its essential components and isolating the key skills of proper technique, we are able to produce a whole stroke with impeccable form. Classroom discussion will focus on how you can most effectively integrate these new skills into your existing practice.

During the summer of 2008 we will be hosting 2 weekend 4-stroke camps.

Details as follows:

July 19th-20th and August 9th-10th.

$425 per person

The camp meets from 9:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Lunch is provided for all participants.

Families are responsible for arranging their own lodging. Please call
the Swim Studio for a list of hotels in the area.
