
The Hudson Valley Swim Studio is a year-round swimming education facility specially designed to make learning a pleasure and success inevitable.
The Studio features two warm-water endless pools, cutting edge video recording, underwater mirrors and expert instructors.
The Swim Studio offers instruction for students of all ages and abilities, including "learning vacations" for families and summer camps for competitive youth.

If you're curious about Total Immersion and want to try it for free, come join us at the YMCA for a taste of TI! Students will learn to improve their efficiency using focal points and drills. Registration is required so please call or stop by the YMCA and let them know your coming.This class is for people ages 18 and up. All participants should feel comfortable in the pool and be able to swim 25 yards or more without stopping.

Class Description: Total Immersion Freestyle has turned thousands of former strugglers into swimmers. If you tire easily, can’t swim as far as you’d like – or would simply like to enjoy swimming more – our workshop will transform your swimming via three key lessons:
1) Relax into Weightlessness – Learn to cooperate with gravity to achieve support, comfort and confidence.
2) Active Streamlining – Minimize drag and energy cost by learning “fishlike” body positions,
