Product Description

Swimming is not always intuitive. It can be overwhelming to choose the proper drills, the proper focal points, and develop a practice that will incorporate those elements into a coherent practice that brings “drill skills” to wholestroke swimming. These practices will give you structure and help you learn to choose your own focal points and drills. They also give you ideas about how to structure your own practices.

The plans don’t shy away from wholestroke swimming until you “perfect” a drill. Rather, you will be guided through exercises mixed with wholestroke swimming, so that you can feel how the drills affect your swimming and incorporate the changes. You’ll learn how to transition from a drill into swimming so that you bring a skill directly to swimming, rather than isolate drilling from swimming.

If you’ve learned the Total Immersion drills, or are learning them, these plans will send you to the pool with a plan for improvement. And you can recycle them – they can be repeated as often as you like, and you can modify them to suit your needs and advancement. You’ll learn to expect better swimming, rather than just hope for it.

CHOOSE THIS PROGRAM IF YOU:

➢ Have a basic knowledge of the current TI drills: Skate, SpearSwitch, ZenSwitch (SwingSwitch), Swim and Nod.
➢ Want guidance to help you explore the TI drills, and develop a Shinji-like stroke.
➢ Can swim at least 50 yards without stopping, but have difficulty swimming more than a couple hundred yards.
➢ Are tired of getting tired and frustrated while learning how to swim!
