Small - Women's Size 6.5 and lower. Children through age 12 with comfort instep.
Medium - Women's size 7+ or 6.5 with comfort instep, Men's size under 8.5.
Medium Large - Women's size 7+ with comfort instep, Men's size 9 - 10.5 or 8.5 - 10 with comfort instep.
