ABOUT THE COACH: A great opportunity to work with TI Master Coach Celeste St. Pierrea seasoned triathlete and athlete. She is known for her professional manner and a great understanding for how people learn. Coach Celeste has had a lot of experience with her own training over the years, using her insight and introspection to give her a greater understanding of how to present information to a variety of people - with a special twist of humor when needed!

       •  Expert swim instruction
       •  Swim manual, TI gift, and logo cap
       •  Great memories and long lasting friendships!

We’ll teach technique sessions focused on key stroke habits for tireless swimming that teach you an ease and flow that allow you to swim long distances without walls or turns – i.e. hundreds of uninterrupted strokes. You will have the opportunity to use longer stretches of uninterrupted stroking to deepen your habits and develop the unbreakable “cocoon” of calm concentration that is critical to swimming well in open water.  We’ll also introduce you to imaginative ways of swimming with others. Swimming with friends is not only a key to safe swimming but hugely enjoyable as well. We’ll practice in single-file, side-by-side, inches-apart, and in looser groupings. Also synchronizing your stroke with one or more partners.

This is not a learn to swim Total Immersion Camp.  This camp is meant to take your TI skills to the open water.  If you have taken a TI workshop previously, received private TI coaching, or have been practicing basic balance and streamline skills on your own using TI training materials, then you are in position to get the most out of this workshop.  Also, attendees should be able to swim 1/4 mile, 450 yards/meters comfortably to get the most pleasure out of this open water experience. One of our main goals is to get you swim more efficiently and effortlessly.  In other words, we strive to have you swim, SMARTER, BETTER and FASTER!  Improve your swim times in swimming competitions.
