Description

TI Tune-Up
San Francisco, CA: August 28th, 2010

Have you hit a wall in your stroke development? Are you looking for some top-quality feedback as you continue your journey to speed and efficiency?

This supplemental clinic is intended for those who have established an efficiency foundation using a Total Immersion workshop. We’ll review and refine your technique with video analysis, provide personalized focal points for continuing improvement and guide you through some of the most common problems people find as they are changing their stroke.

TI Master Coach Dave Cameron will film you from multiple angles, to show you the strengths and weaknesses of your developing stroke. We will offer in-pool feedback to help you smooth out rough angles and develop better flow. If there's a hitch in your drills, we'll guide you to better practice. If you took a workshop and felt immediate change but haven't seen the same continued improvement afterwards, this is the clinic to show you a route back onto Kaizen- continuous improvement.

All video will be uploaded with analysis to a motionbox channel made specifically for this workshop.
Note: We will test your ability to maintain efficiency at a range of distances and tempos, some of them challenging. You will be better prepared if you’ve been in consistent practice for at least 2 to 3 hours per week before the workshop. Because of the volume of filming, additional materials and filming provided, and skill level of coaching required for this clinic, the ratio of swimmer-to-coach is different than that of the weekend workshops.
