COURSE DESCRIPTION:
* PART 1 – MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY - Swim smarter and save energy! Using a time-tested sequence that focuses on the fundamental swimming principles of balance, length, rotation, and timing we will transform how your body moves through water and save you energy along the way! Our coaches will be in the water providing you with constructive hands-on feedback and demonstrating simple solutions for solving common swimming puzzles. ($255 / $225*)
* PART 2 – TRAINING FOR SPEED - Want to swim faster? Take your swimming to the next level as you learn how to effectively integrate rhythm, speed, and endurance without compromising form and efficiency. We’ll test your skills under real practice settings with advanced technique work, tempo training, and stroke counting sets. Prerequisite: Part 1 clinic or equivalent. ($255 / $225*)
* WEEKEND WORKSHOP: FREESTYLE PART 1 & 2 - Participate in the full weekend course and walk away with the knowledge to become your own best coach! You'll receive over 14 hours of hands on instruction in the pool, 3 personalized video analysis sessions and expert help in workout design. Give us 2 days and we will transform how you move through the water AND you'll leave with a personalized plan for improvement. ($450 / $395*)

WHAT TO BRING:
For the classroom: Pad and pen for note taking. We recommend you bring a bag lunch.
For the pool: Please bring swim suit, goggles and towel. Recommend male students wear Speedo-type briefs to reduce drag. Thermal Rash Guard for extra warmth in pool (optional). Swim Fins / Nose-Plugs (optional)
