Total Immersion Perpetual Motion Freestyle
In this hour-long clinic TI coaches will teach three key skills of "Perpetual Motion Freestyle" (1) Cooperate with Gravity -- relax into weightlessness and stop struggling; (2) Take the Path of Least Resistance -- learn to use "active streamlining" techniques to reduce drag to swim farther, faster, easier; (3) Swim with your Body - Learn to use effortless weight shifts as your source of propulsive power.
This workshop will be held at Towers Pool at Dequesne University, 600 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15282. All participants must register as a USMS member in order to participate in this clinic. A special discount is being extended to clinic participants. A one year membership is only $35. Click here to register.
