Default Olympic freestyle swimmers who use a TI-esque stroke

As a TI beginner I was interested to have the opinion of other forum members. Who are the swimmers who use a TI (or TI-ish) freestyle stroke, and who are those who don't?

TI :
Sun Yang, as I learned from other posts.

Not TI :
Ye is definitely not using TI.

How would you classify other swimmers, like Lochte, Phelps, Agnel, especially for long distances?

What is "TI Backstroke" ?

Or more precisely, what is the difference between "TI Backstroke" and "traditional Backstroke"? And if there is no difference, then is there really such a thing as "TI Backstroke"?

IMO, Missy Franklin doesn't swim "TI Backstroke." She swims traditional backstroke very, very well.
