Default front quadrant swimming

Hello

Does anyone know any references or demos of Total immersion swimming style incorporating front quadrant swimming?

people on web seem to be talking about it a lot.

is this an efficient way of swimming?

is this a special case of efficient catch mechanics applicable to any style including total immersion swimming?

thank you for your responses in advance.

All of TI swimming is front quadrant, but Terry uses different terminology of "Patient Lead Hand". In the past he has referred to it as front quadrant, but he continuously updates his terminology to reflect the physical actions & sensations better. Telling someone to have 'patience' with their lead hand can create better/faster results in form improvement than telling someone to swom more "front quadrant". but in the end they are essentially the same if not very similar.
