Smile how to increase stamina

Stamina" is the strength and energy needed to exert oneself for an extended period of time. The word most commonly refers to the exertion needed for physical activities like exercise and sports. However, "stamina" can also refer to the mental exertion needed to perform a task or get through a difficult situation. Improving either type of stamina (or both!) is a great choice if you're interested in living and feeling healthier.

Default Train for the Pain

I train a little different, on dry land while boxing one person two weight classes above me while simultaneously wresting another all the while spectators throwing buckets of water right in my face while I am trying to breath.

I used to do whitewater slalom kayak racing. My coach trained me by having me stand endlessly in an ice cold shower while he had me ripping up $50.00 bills. That pretty much explains kayak racing.
