This thread reminds me of the movie Hitch. In the movie, Will Smith tells another character, paraphrasing, "your job is not to get her to like you. Your job is not to mess things up."

I think backstroke glide is a good reason to use pull buoys. Taking your legs out of the equation for a length will let you know what you are doing right. Then adding the legs back will help you not to mess that feeling up.

thanks for everybody's input!

I agree with madvet's analysis. I need to improve my left hand catch/push. when did it right, I did feel some kind of glide.

Also I will keep my kick steady as dwdvagamundo suggested.
