I think it's difficult to find a good body position by focusing only on your head position. You also need to focus on what your hips are doing.

Lean back until the water comes up to the sides of your goggles and your chin, tilt your head slightly toward your chest, and let your belly button rise to the surface.

but it's a lot easily to find that position
when the Master Bob finds the words to tell ya!
