In my opinion, I also carry with me the example that Bernardo Blanco (Coach TI) gave us with two skills: enthusiasm and patience. Two abilities with which work those tools. All this makes that practising our everyday-swimming, it becomes something easy and funny.
Finally add I would like to add that I have returned to swim this week with renovated hope and new perspective. Looking forward your next course…,
