![]() hello all...
i m learning butterfly. i found some trouble while recovering my hands. when i pull straight with no bending on elbow i found recovery is quite easy but when i pull with high elbow (i think this one is correct way) the recovery is so stiff and shoulders donot rotate so easily... what is i m doing wrong??.... looking for suggestions... thanks alot....... |

![]() How far are you stroking? Keep in mind that you don't want to stroke all the way to your thighs because the last part of this stroke will tend to push your lower body down more than it propels you forward. You want to stroke to about your belly button and then fan out (karate chop to the sides).
