Just wanted to share this little improvement I realized today.
I read somewhere recently, and I can't now locate where, but it suggested trying a little faster speed on the recovering arm. The theory is to get the weight in front of your lungs quicker to achieve better balance. I hope I got that right.
It was one of those incremental improvements for me. I found it did help balance and streamlining, another spinoff was a better feeling of rhythm. And it also allowed focus on hand entry. Very cool feeling today.
