Default Shoulder Strengthening Exercises in Total Immersion book

On pages 233-234 of "Total Immersion", there are 10 recommended exercises for shoulders. I don't understand how to perform the last 5 exercises (Adduction, Abduction, Side Lift, Wing Lift, Reverse Wing Lift) from the textual descriptions given and there are no pictures. Are there videos available online that demonstrate these exercises? I didn't find any on the TI site, and was also not able to find them via an online search on Lewis G. Maharam, M.D., who provided these exercises. Can you help?

Not the specific exercises you are seeking, but perhaps of interest...
