Default Bilateral breathing - At last!

OK, I won't give my exact age, but I'm on Medicare. Even though I learned some swimming as a kid, I was never good at it. I decided to try TI. My personal goal was to be able to do bilateral breathing.
After 4 years, on average swimming 1 hour, 2x/week, I finally did today. I swam a length breathing bilaterally in a relaxed manner and balanced. I was able to repeat it with confidence.
There were times when I had my doubts. I thought it would never happen.
Most importantly, a big shout out to my wonderful, fabulous TI coaches:
Anne Wilson of Scottsdale, AZ and Eric De Santo of Albuquerque, NM

Senior Citizen here too, late adult swimming learner. Took forever to get bilateral breathing. I swim bilateral breathing 1 in 3 strokes as a matter of routine now, but I gotta admit my weak left side is always a little harder and more effort.

Yay, congratulations, a big accomplishment.
I'm a senior and a late swimmer also, still trying to get over the bilateral breathing hump but am confident I will get there too.
