Default Where Do I start?

If I wanted to start the self coached total immersion program, where do I start?
Assume I am a beginner swimmer, able to swim 2 laps (on my good days) back to back. My main issues are my legs. They sink! I need help on developing my kick and breathing technique. I can breathe better on my right side. Till not very long ago I was breathing on my right only. After a lot of practice, I can now stick my face out for a quick gulp on the left.
Any suggestion on which books/DVDs to get to start this journey of becoming a better swimmer will be much appreciated.

Default Dvd

I think the DVD "Perpetual Motion Freestyle in 10 Lessons" is a very good place to start.

I highly recommend getting the Perpetual Motion Freestyle lessons. You can download them from the digital store and get started almost immediately rather than wait for the DVD to arrive via the mail.

I downloaded them a few months ago and have made incredible progress. I can't say enough about how much they've helped me. They take you from the very beginning (learning the Superman Glide) all the way to the ever popular 2BK (two beat kick). If you take your time, master each lesson before moving to the next, you will make progress.

For me, breathing as smoothly and easily as depicted in the videos is still a challenge. However, I'll get there.

Just do it. Best money I've spent in a long time!

Tim
