Default Found a TI-er in local pool!

Was sharing a lane last night with a bloke who was doing some very odd-looking things in the water. Instead of alerting the lifeguard, I ventured to ask if he was doing TI drills, and he was :) This is actually quite exciting, as I've never met another TI-er in real life!

Unfortunately, he only had "the yellow book" as a guide, and was rotating to stacked shoulders, and it all looked a bit unstable, but I didn't want to poke my nose in on the first encounter... I suggested he get one of the newer DVDs.

I also found one once in a pool in the town where I work. It was a woman and she did very slow but very beautiful and graceful strokes fully rotating to stacked shoulders. I wanted to tell her that she needn't rotate that far but she was gone before I could approach here...
