looks good to me. I like your LA combo there right before you switch over to breast stroke. Nice high elbow, maybe widen out just a bit. I do the same thing, arms in too close to body because we probably practiced zipper 1 zillion times before ti switched to and emphasized a wider recovery. I started with TI 11 years ago. Still refining my stroke too. Its a constantly changing thing. Happy strokes to all you folks. Barry

Dave you do look a bit tense and the flow is a bit herky jerky. Technically you look great. Loosen up a bit. Maybe you were tense because you knew you were being videoed. I know I would. Barry

Thanks all for the additional responses .I think sometimes I try to be too careful with my technique and end up with a tempo that may be a bit slow( you would think not after swimming all these years ) but I do like to swim casually and I'd rather do that than speed up too much and lose control. However I'll try to increase the tempo just a bit and maybe a new video in the future. Thanks.
