1: 1.2
2: 1.3
3: 1.4
4: 1.2
5: 1.15
6: 1.10
or whatelse? Sorry for the question, and ok for the orher tips, i'm working on this way

If you start at 1.2, then the pattern of 10x100 goes like this
1.2
1.3
1.4
1.5
1.45
1.4
1.35
1.3
1.25
1.2

As Tempo slows, use the extra time between beeps to lengthen your stroke. I.E. to subtracts strokes from your initial count.
As Tempo gets faster again, try your best to hold onto the greater Stroke Length you added in the first 4x100.
The outcome you're looking for is that when you return to 1.2, you're taking fewer strokes than when you started.
If you try that, pls share your results here.

I done the pyramid but I think something was wrong, I made 10*x100 free, In order, below: TT, time, SPL
1) 1.2 - 1'48''8 - 82
2) 1.3 - 1'54''4 - 80
3) 1.4 - 1'56''8 - 78
4) 1.5 - 1'59 - 78
5) 1.45 - 1'58''5 - 82
6) 1.4 - 1'54''- 82
7) 1.35 - 1'52 - 84
8)1.3 - 1'52''1 - 88
9) 1.25 - 1'52''2 - 86
10) 1.2 - 1'51 - 88

I didn't match the goal, maybe the warm, maybe whatelse?
I found it's mentally an hard test, but very very instructive!
I'll retry+

Doing this set effectively is definitely an acquired skill. As you do it more times, you should find you're able to reduce stroke count quite significantly as you slow Tempo by .3 sec (from 1.1 to 1.4, or 1.2 to 1.5, or from almost any starting Tempo) and hold onto your savings as you return. So I do encourage you to keep working on it. Apart from the numbers produced, I guarantee you will acquire a great deal more sensitivity into how to increase efficiency then how to convert efficiency into speed. It will also improve your capacity for laser focus and maintaining relaxation as you swim farther and/or faster.

However I suspect the accuracy of your watch's reporting of stroke count.
According to your watch, you added six strokes between #1 and #10, but only 2.3 sec.
6 strokes x 1.2 sec. = 7.2 seconds
