Default Asymmetric Tempo Pyramid - Longer

I've hardly been in a pool in the last two weeks (but have swum open water several times, including two swims in the Allegheny River in Pittsburgh and an hour at Brighton Beach/Coney Island on Sunday).
Today I swam at the SUNY-New Paltz pool where I did a longer version of Asymmetric Tempo Pyramid
I started with
50+100+150+200 @ 1.30 Held 13 (1st lap)+14 SPL easily.
Then 3 x 50 @ 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 and count for 50s dropped 25-23-21.
At 1.6 I continued through 100+150+200 @ 1.60
I held 10 (1st lap)+11 SPL but it was fairly arduous and I did a coupla 12s on the 200.

Then I decided to see the longest swim at lowest SPL I could manage as I dropped back down in Tempo. Here's how I did at each tempo:
1.55 - Held 11 SPL to 150
1.50 - Ditto - actually a bit easier
1.45 - 11 SPL to 100
1.40 12 SPL easily for 200
1.35 12 SPL for 150
1.30 12 + 13 SPL easily for 200.
This was a very nice improvement from my opening set - 8 fewer strokes which translates to 10.4 seconds faster for 200.

Terry I love this set! It's so elegant...seems intricate at first, but it's such a nice exploration of your abilities. Will see if I can get my masters to do somethign similar...not all of them have tempo trainers yet...
