"... And bless us all, everyone!"

May we spear into a New Year with transcendence, mindful intensions. And the ability to balance and streamline our hopes and aspirations.

Best,
Alan

Merry Christmas to everyone on the forum, and thanks for your contributions. It is essential reading throughout the year.
Am I only the one thinking that this means spring is getting a little closer...and the chance of some outdoor swimming?! :-)

Best Wishes from Janos.

Janos, come visit San Francisco -- I swam in the bay this afternoon. The water a lovely 10C (~51F) or so.

Best holiday wishes to you and everyone in the TI community!

Default Just past midnight

Merry Christmas,
It is just past midnight in my part of the world and a crisp -16 C outside. I want to go for a swim!

I won't be able to get to the pool for a couple of days..in the meantime I am trying to visualize the TI method...really looking forward to this!

I feel truly loved,

yesterday I received a gift of a retro total immersion t shirt with logo and don't just swim, swim the right way on it.

Its not the gift but the fact that she had to think of it, find it on ebay and get it sent from the USA to Norway, and that it shows she supports my obsessive addiction.

Christams over here in Norway as we celebrate the evening of the 24th like other countries in europe.

Happy holiday wishes to you all.
