Default Swim Shirts

Rashguard vs Hydrosilk vs ???

My southern California pools are all outdoors, and it's hard to get sunscreen on my back and shoulders. Can anyone recommend a swimming shirt that protects but still stays out of the way of the water (as much as possible) and allows free motion?

What have people tried?
Thanks in advance!
Tom

Default O'Neill

I have tried rashguards from several companies. The O'Neill Men's Skin S/S Crew Rashguard offers the best combination of snugness (no wrinkles), shoulder flexibility, light weight and moderately good durability (one each year, sometimes 2). They run smaller than T-shirts -- look at the sizing chart.

I wear a XXL rashguard but a L or XL T-shirt.
