![]() Having read numerous posts on the subject I am a little confused so please help me out here.
First question is about timing. Does the kick, hip drive and shoulder turn happen at the same time or is there a sequence of events? This clip here posted in another thread seems to indicate a sequence starting with the kick, then hip followed by shoulder turn and spear. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AeBYu...yer_detailpage Second question is do the hips rotate more than the shoulders or should they both rotate the same amount? |
