![]() Hello all,
I'm new to the site and the forums. I've been swimming in my local YMCA pool for about a year now, and I just don't "feel" any improvement in my freestyle - obviously because I'm self-taught just by watching people swim. I've had a couple lessons - but really haven't see any progress. I usually swim around 1400 yards total for a work out, but I've gotten to a point where I'd rather work on technique, efficiency, etc. (which led me to this site). When I visit the TI store, I can't determine what DVD or DVD/Book combo to invest in? Based on my description above, can anyone recommend the right DVD or DVD/Book combo? Thanks in advance! I'm looking forward to learning a new swimming system. |

![]() I used the Easy Freestyle: 21st Century Techniques for Beginners to Advanced Swimmers. It's comprehensive, and breaks down the stroke into easy-to-learn drills that build on each other. There's also a fee online guide that goes along with it in the Free Stuff section of the TI website.

![]() Hi
Are the DVDs available as downloads or only by post as I am also interested in some of them? |
