Default I must be doing something right...

So, I spent my first 20 minutes this morning drilling and the last 10 minutes doing full stroke 50's to try to really feel the water and the streamline and to concentrate on low stroke counts... Not an unusual workout for me.
I'm almost done and am resting at the wall when the guy next to me says, "Did you swim that whole way without taking a breath?!"
Woohoo!! Guess that means I'm getting smoother! Love getting feedback like that.
Of course, then I got to explain why I was drilling and about this wonderful website.
Thanks all for keeping me encouraged.
Doug

Default Love it!

That is awesome! Way to go...getting those "sneaky" breaths in that nobody can see.

Way to go Doug! Recently after a swim a fellow who I respect as a marathon swimmer and who has successfully swam The English Channel told me, "Naji, ove the last year your stroke has improved remarkable. You really look like your gliding along without much effort." After all the comments I've posted about folks nagging me about my TI stroke (non TI people), its nice to finally have some positive feedback.

Keep Going Doug and enjoy the ride!
Naji
