Default Two beat kick article by T. Laughlin

I think this is the clearest guide yet to the classic TI two beat kick by Terry.
The section titled "Timing is everything" goes into more detail than I've seen before.
And "Tune your kick" was a revelation to me about the relative positioning of the
feet after a kick.

fwiw I find a focus on mirroring kick with spear useful - as Terry's article I think says.
