Default Any resources for flipturns?

I have finally reached a great spot in my swimming progress, and I am now trying to acquire further skills to help me become more efficient. I saw this post and felt it would be a good place to pose this question...

Are there any good resources for learning how to effectively do a flipturn? Any videos from TI?

Terry mentioned a pending TI video on flip turns.
In the interim visit video.google.com and in the search box type "flip turn." Lots-o-flips there.

[quote=terry;13680]Thus my middle-aged flip turn must be fast AND efficient. Actually more than efficient. It must be fast and 'LAZY.'

This is the distinction I was looking for. Your wordsmithship comes to the rescue again. I have never got my flip turn to the level that it is lazy (ease)and I have just about let go of that goal.
However seeing this in print is seducing and I think I will keep going and approach it using an approach of relaxing every muscle that is not being used to actually do the turn.
May we all swim and do flip turns with ease.
