Default A Dryland training idea

Whilst decorating the washing room last week, I found a 3 litre bucket of paint with over 2 litres left in it which I decided to reuse.

In order to mix it I shook it horizontally holding the bucket in my palms and keeping the lid on with my fingers.

it felt like a very good swimming muscle exercise, for example as a tabata set or similar.

There seemed to be something beneficial in the viscosity of the paint, combined with the 2+kg weight, created a sort of workout momentum, and the muscle groups seemed to be consistent with freestyle swimming

any thoughts? or just another Andy idea for the archives?
