Default A Top Freestyle drill

I am practicing on the catch and Bilateral Breathing using single arm freestyle.I feel it is one of the best drills to work on since it has so many benefits like

• Isolating each arm can to help you discover what each arm does during the pull.
• To work on powerful Body Roll
• Freestyle Timing
• To improve on Catch(keeping elbows high and wrists straight during the catch and pull)
• To work on your weak side breathing
• To develop speed and strength
• Helps to key in on your balance as you rotate to air on either side.

A few videos showing Single arm freestyle:

I feel more comfortable on my stronger side than my weaker side which I am working on.
If others have worked on this on this, let me know your thoughts on this drill and how to improve on your weaker side. Welcome all your comments.
