Water bowl exercise
If you have been following other posts of mine, you know about my current roadblocks. Yet I want to put this out there... The doctor has obviously not cleared me to hit the pool, but he did encourage me to stay sharp on some form of exercise. I asked him about some "out of the pool" things to help me work on my swimming if and once I get back to the pool, and he said it would be okay at this point since there is minimal potentiality for other issues to arise now. I am now looking at the water bowl exercise because I feel my breathing had been all wrong to begin with, and returning to the basics while I cannot hit the pool might be helpful. If I can get some video of that, will someone provide feedback?
