![]() Hi everyone,
I guess this question is directed at the folks at TI headquarters or the TI coaches. I originally learned how to swim using the TI method back in the early 2000s using the original TI books: TI and TI (revised & updated). Now I'd like to re-learn the TI method using the current methodology. I've been on the TI Web site and there are various books and DVDs available. Can anyone recommend which ones to get? Thanks, Glenn in Toronto |

There are some differences between the TI book and this Easy Freestyle. Drills are different and no longer are we to do stacked shoulders, for example. Also Forums, Blogs, and video clips can get some messages through in various ways. Am not coach of staff but hope this fresh experience might help. Cheers |
