![]() Hi, This is my first time posting. I have been practicing TI since Sept 2010.
I had an experience I would like to relate and see if this is a correct feeling. I was practicing hand and finger tip dragging and I was moving slowing. I was on left side and noticed my hip starting to fall (from gravity) just before I speared with my right hand into the water. Is this something to note? ![]() The feeling of the hip falling a little is normal but if it's excessive you could be over rotating too much on your side . Try rolling enough to clear the shoulder and at the same time make sure your hand recovery and entry is not too narrow or cramped.
